SOCKS ARE ALSO AN OPTION IF YOU FEEL RESTRICTED IN TRAINERS, HOWEVER YOU WILL LACK THE PROPPER GRIP AND SUPPORT WHILST COMMITING TO THIS HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO EXCERSISE. BOTH THE ABOVE OPTIONS are more hygienic CHOICES THAN BARE FEET (which may be sweaty & carry fungal infections and bacteria).
